韓國人氣女團BLACKPINK成員Jisoo(金智秀)日前出席巴黎時裝周,以代言人身份亮相Dior 2023秋冬時裝騷。當日以一襲紫色露肩晚裝裙亮相,配以大波浪秀髮髮型,散發高貴優雅韻味。
Jisoo甫出場搶盡全場女星焦點,吸引大傳媒包圍,連奧斯卡金像影后查理絲花朗亦打開外套護花,相當有面子。
昨日(3月5日)她在社交平台預告本月底將推出新作品,雖然未有提及詳細內容,但僅見Jisoo個人名字,網民揣測首次以單飛身份出歌。出道7年終於推出處女作,難怪粉絲大感期待!

Jisoo女神第1式:8杯水減肥法
勤喝水永遠是最天然的護膚產品,Jisoo經常提醒自己每隔兩小時必定補水,既能促進身體代謝,又幫助排毒和燃燒脂肪。
有台灣營養師曾教授「8杯水減肥法」,在8個固定時間喝約250毫升的水,包括起床後、早上9時、11時半、下午1時、3時半、5時半、晚上7時及9時,並提醒飲料不能含有糖份,而且腎臟病患並不適宜此減肥方法,胃潰瘍、消化不良者亦不應在飯前飯後喝水,需相隔一小時。
Jisoo女神第2式:日吃三餐
她曾自爆自己很大食,她從來不節食餓壞肚子,而且每日吃足三餐之餘,有時更會吃宵夜,不過全都是有營養、不精製的食物。
身為水果控的Jisoo,如果不用工作,早上會以一個蘋果作早餐,而晚上減少熱量吸收,同時絕不吃澱粉,會以水果代替,而青木瓜沙律則是其中最愛吃的餐單之一,含豐富維他命A、B雜、C,以及鎂、鉀、鈣、磷等元素,健康又美味。

Jisoo女神第3式:跳舞2、3小時
作為女團的Jisoo,曾在節目透露幾乎每天都要進行舞蹈訓練,每次最少練習2、3小時。而跳舞是很好的帶氧運動,能有效地消耗熱量。

除了跳舞之外,她閒時會跟隊友Jennie一同上空中瑜珈堂。
